WinemakingTraditional winemaking with a 10-day maceration on the skins and temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by malolactic fermentation.

Tasting notesRich ruby color with traditional ruby highlights. The bouquet consists of blackberries, cherries, grandma's homemade jam, and a touch of vanilla. The wine has a medium structure, soft tannins, and an elegant finish.

PairingEnjoy this wine with traditional Piedmont dishes like agnolotti and aged cheeses or your favorite barbecued meats. Serve between 16-18° C /60-64° F. Open 1 hour before serving.
