WinemakingBarbaresco DOCG is aged for three years, with one year in French oak and the remaining two in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notesThis wine has a garnet red color with traditional orange highlights. The bouquet is abundant with licorice, caffè, spices, and vanilla. There are hints of rich, earthy notes. The tannins are orchestrated just right, resulting in a smooth but long lasting finish. Potential for aging 10-15 years.

PairingThis wine is perfect with local Piedmont cuisine like white truffles, veal, and aged cheeses. It also pairs well with savory favorites made with pork or lamb. Serve between 16-18° C / 60-64°F. Open for 1-2 hours before serving.
